Hi, I’m Charlotte, a Level 3 qualified personal trainer with a passion for health, strength, and creating sustainable change. I came from a place of wanting to better myself—not just physically, but mentally too. I was determined to build a routine I actually enjoyed, one that fit my life and supported long-term results.
Through a lot of learning, consistency, and self-discipline, I successfully completed a body recomposition and built lean muscle mass—all while discovering how empowering it is to feel strong, capable, and in control of my health.
Now, I’m here to help others do the same. My approach to coaching is focused on education, enjoyment, and long-term success. Whether you’re starting your journey or ready to level up, I’ll guide you with structure, support, and realistic strategies that work.

Do I need a gym membership? No. Whilst a gym membership is valuable, you don’t need one to start focusing on your health. I can work with you to create a tailored plan that you can do at home.
What if I am a complete beginner? That's ok. Everyone starts somewhere. I use an app that has videos of all the exercises I will program for you. This will help with form and you can send me videos where we can go through technique on our weekly check ins. I tailor your program based on your levels of experience and work you up to feeling confident and strong.
How does online coaching work? Online coaching gives you a personalised fitness plan delivered through an easy-to-use app. You’ll receive tailored workouts, weekly check-ins, messaging support, and everything you need to stay on track — without needing to meet in person.
How do check-ins work? You’ll check in with me weekly via messaging, call or zoom, where you’ll update me on your progress, how you’re feeling, and any challenges. I’ll respond with feedback, adjustments, and motivation to help you stay on track.
What results can I expect? Everyone is different, but with consistency and the right support, you can expect improvements in strength, energy, confidence, and body composition. I’ll guide you to sustainable progress that fits your lifestyle.
Can I do this with a busy schedule? Absolutely. Your program will be designed around your availability — whether you have 20 minutes a day or an hour a few times a week. Flexibility is key to long-term success.
How much support will I get? I’m with you every step of the way! You’ll get weekly check-ins, in-app messaging, and optional video feedback on form and technique. You're never left to figure things out alone.
